Key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, conducting interviews, running background checks and conducting drug screens. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and experience with social media management for talent sourcing.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and specialized job boards to generate qualified candidate pipelines.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate assessments.
Support employee orientation programs and assist in onboarding new hires effectively.
Maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of social media management tools for targeted recruiting campaigns.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a fast-paced environment
Excellent interviewing skills combined with the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
Effective communication skills across diverse audiences including candidates, hiring managers and clients.
