Spherion is looking to fill a temporary Resident Services Coordinator position in Fargo. This role serves primary as a customer service agent for the Company's residents and prospective renters. Assignment Length: 3-4 months
M-F, 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-24/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Resident Support: Act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, phone calls, and emails, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
-Leasing Assistance: Greet prospective residents, provide basic information about community amenities and availability, and assist with scheduling property tours.
-Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate digital and physical resident files, sort mail/packages, and assist with general office organization.

Qualifications:
-Experience: 1???2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles (prior property management or leasing experience is a plus, but not required).
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for conflict resolution.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability to quickly learn property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio).
-Attributes: High energy, strong multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor under pressure.
