Shifts Available:
Primary Night Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Primary Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Limited day shifts are also available.
Responsibilities:
You will be assigned to a specific department based on business needs and your skill set. Duties include:
Stocking & Unloading: Unload delivery trucks, sort products in the backroom, replenish merchandise on shelves, and safely use ladders to organize bulky items.
Online Order Fulfillment: Accurately locate, pack, and dispense online customer pickup orders (requires working in varying weather conditions).
Food & Grocery: Stock grocery items, support product presentation, and maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in specialized areas (Bakery, Deli, Dairy, Meat, and Produce).
Cart Attendant: Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot, return them to designated areas, and assist customers with loading large items into their vehicles.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain store-wide cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, washing windows, emptying trash, and sanitizing restrooms and employee break areas.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience in retail, stocking, warehousing, grocery, or customer service roles is a plus (but not required).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Reliability: Proven track record of dependable attendance and strict punctuality.
Independence: Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to assist guests and answer questions politely.
Physical Stamina: * Ability to lift, load, and move heavy or bulky merchandise.
Comfortable standing for long periods, climbing small ladders, and working both indoors and outdoors.
