Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with assigned client accounts, serving as their main point of contact for questions, updates, and ongoing support.
Guide new clients through the onboarding and setup process.
Monitor account activity to help resolve issues before they escalate, tracking open items to ensure clients receive timely updates.
Work cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth communication and follow-through.
Support operations by assisting with reports, account summaries, service communications, and process improvements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in healthcare, legal support, medical retrieval, or other service-based industries.
Prior experience handling onboarding or account coordination.
Direct experience tracking service updates and client communications.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, client relations, retention, or similar roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business communication tools.
Core Competencies: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a problem-solving mindset, and sharp attention to detail.
Work Style: Reliable, professional, team-oriented, and able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
