The Administrator - Route Process is responsible for receiving all tender and proof of delivery (POD) paperwork from route drivers and settling routes accurately and efficiently on a daily basis
Route Settlement & Daily Deposits:Receive deposits and completed end-of-day settlement paperwork from route drivers.

Ensure all shipments are settled daily in an efficient, accurate manner. Verify route deposits, record deposits in the Web Daily Deposit Log, and create nightly bank deposits.
Accountability & Tracking:Manage and code all daily driver over-and-short balances along with supporting documentation.
Assist in gathering back-up documentation for all customer refunds. Assist with customer accounts receivable research.
Compliance & Archiving:Ensure strict compliance with company audit guidelines. Prepare and organize paperwork to send to Xerox for archiving.
Cross-Functional Support:Support cross-functional duties for other departments as assigned. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Prior Experience: 1 to 3 months of related experience in route settlement, cash handling/deposits, accounts receivable, or logistics administration.
Customer Service: Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to perform accounts receivable research or handle refund backup.

Qualifications:
Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language & Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, along with effective oral communication skills.
Technical Skills: Ability to utilize all company-provided resources, software, and technology. Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Work Availability: Ability to maintain regular and prompt attendance for the Monday ??? Friday, 11:00 AM until close schedule. Safety & Standards: Compliance with company safety policies, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements (including wearing safety-toed shoes for specific operational tasks), and company appearance/grooming guidelines.
