This will include, but not limited to; manufacturing various sub-assemblies to engineering specifications, as well as assist with routing cables and conduit on our systems. Ability to learn and understand standard and non-standard options per the Customer Data Sheets (CDS) requirements.??? Works from instructions, drawings, schematics, piping and instrumentation drawings, illustrations and process documentation to assemble a variety of mechanical, electrical subassemblies and systems with supervision.??? Ability to follow verbal instructions??? Ability to build sub-assemblies with supervision??? Learn Cabinet Preparation by installing bracketing, piping insulation, and sub-assemblies with supervision??? Learn engineering specifications to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner.??? Performs routine, repetitive assembly operations and processes to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner.??? Complete 6S responsibilities (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, safety)??? Maintain a safe and clean work environment and maintain or increase On-Time Shipments??? Ability to work safely and recognize the safety of others??? Provide accuracy and consistency in work performance??? Learn proper measuring techniques, tool use, care, and quality standards???
