Responsibilities:
The Sales Account Representative will work cooperatively with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth, consultative sales process.
- Listen to customer requirements and conduct research to identify the ideal safety products for their specific applications.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to verify product specifications, pricing, shipping costs, and lead times.
- Thoroughly research and compare market pricing (Web, Average, and GSA) to provide accurate quotes that maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling while providing timely, professional quotes.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure all safety objectives and delivery requirements are being met.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Strong time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organization.

- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
