We are looking for a "hunter" who understands the signage world and is ready to manage and grow a dedicated Western U.S. territory (CA, AZ, UT, ID). Responsibilities:
Territory Growth - Execute a structured sales strategy to manage and expand a 4-state Western territory.
Client Engagement - Actively call on prospects, provide expert consultations, and run consistent follow-ups to close deals.
Project Coordination - Manage the full lifecycle of a sale, from initial quote and specs to final delivery.
Collaboration - Work within a specialized two-person territorial team to ensure maximum customer coverage and service.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
ADA Familiarity - Bonus points if you have experience with ADA compliance (raised letters, braille, and regulatory requirements).
Work Ethic - We value high-initiative candidates who excel at daily follow-ups, CRM management, and territory execution.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Signage Industry Expertise - Previous experience with companies like FastSigns, Identity Group, or similar sign shops/suppliers is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge - You must be comfortable with industry terms and workflows, including quoting, takeoffs, specs, and project management.
