In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our valued customers, driving sales growth from within our branch office, and serving as the essential link between our clients, our outside sales force, and our operations team.

Customer Support & Processing: Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information/availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
Proactive Sales: Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives to grow our customer base.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of delivery and pick-up of orders directly with our warehouse and operations teams.
Team Collaboration: Provide high-level administrative and sales support to the Outside Sales team to maximize market success.
Policy Adherence: Adhere strictly to company pricing guidelines and the policies of customer financial services.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Industry Background: Experience working within the construction, hardware, or building materials industries.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Customer Service & Sales: Strong background in front-line, customer-facing service and sales environments.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of thorough follow-up with customers, vendors, and internal management.
Learning Agility: A strong capacity to quickly learn, process, and recall large volumes of technical product information.
