Skills:
Prior Experience: 1+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or industrial sanitation.

Chemical Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA standards, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and safe handling/dilution of commercial cleaning chemicals.

Equipment Handling: Experience using floor buffers, commercial vacuums, or pressure washers.

Infection Control Familiarity: Basic understanding of proper disinfection techniques and cross-contamination prevention protocol.

Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks to complete all daily cleaning goals within the 2-hour shift.

Punctuality & Reliability: Ability to consistently work the set schedule (Mondays and Fridays, 3:00 PM ? 5:00 PM).

Attention to Detail: High standard of cleanliness with thorough execution on checklist tasks.

Sanitation & Cleaning Fundamentals: Knowledge of proper cleaning, surface disinfection, and hygiene protocols.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25?30 lbs comfortably for the duration of the shift.

Time Management: Strong ability to work efficiently and complete all assigned tasks within the 2-hour window.

Chemical & Equipment Safety: Ability to safely handle basic cleaning solutions and operate cleaning tools (vacuums, mops, sanitizing sprayers).

Independent Execution: Ability to complete duties self-sufficiently with minimal direct supervision.
