The Scanner Operator is responsible for document preparation, scanning production, and quality control activities. This role ensures the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all scanned documents while meeting daily production requirements.
Responsibilities:
??? Perform daily scanning production and meet productivity goals.

??? Prepare, organize, and process documents for scanning.
??? Ensure quality and accuracy of all scanned images and documents.
??? Perform routine preventative maintenance on scanning equipment.
??? Operate company software and scanning equipment.
??? Read and interpret basic system or equipment errors and resolve routine issues using established procedures.
??? Escalate equipment or system issues when necessary.
??? Assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
??? Follow all security and document-handling procedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of production, manufacturing, document processing, or similar experience preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and follow work instructions.

Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements & Workplace Expectations
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Scheduled breaks must be observed.
Cell phone use is prohibited during scanning operations.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
