Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Sort, organize, and prepare physical documents for the scanning process. This includes removing staples, paperclips, taping down loose items, and smoothing out pages to prevent scanner jams.
High-Volume Scanning: Operate industrial, high-speed document scanners to convert hardcopy files into clear, accurate digital images.
Quality Control & Compliance: Maintain the strict original order and sequence of physical records. Ensure all scanned images meet standard quality requirements for readability.
Production Tracking: Accurately log your daily output and project milestones into internal systems to meet designated facility production rates.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations management team to provide regular production updates and address job-specific questions.
Working hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
Computer Literacy: Basic familiarity with PCs, Windows operating systems, and file management.
Detail & Pace: A proven ability to maintain strong focus, accuracy, and attention to detail while working at a sustained, repetitive production pace.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Independence: Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision once fully trained.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull storage boxes weighing up to 30 lbs, and comfortably stand or sit for long durations of a project assignment.
