In this role, you will schedule annual on-site visits for various clients requiring audiometric, PFT, FIT, and vision testing services. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and have a passion for customer service.

- Shift/schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
What You'll Do:
- Review previous appointment details and tentative plans for upcoming visits.
- Resolve any scheduling issues with the Manager prior to contacting customers.
- Call clients to secure optimal service dates based on logistics and DOT hours.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Mobile Van Technicians.
- Collaborate with the Scheduling QA Manager to resolve any logistical problems.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Comfort with proofreading and error correction to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to establish priorities and meet scheduling goals.
