Job Description:

The Screen Printer is responsible for preparing screens, mixing inks, setting up printing equipment, and producing clean, accurate prints on garments and other materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, a good eye for color, and the ability to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment for production runs
• Prepare artwork, screens, emulsions, and stencils
• Mix and match inks to achieve exact color specifications
• Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently
• Inspect printed items for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Troubleshoot machines and printing issues as needed
• Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

Education: High School

Experience: 6 months

Skills:

• Previous experience in screen printing (preferred but not always required)
• Familiarity with inks, screens, mesh counts, and press operation
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
• Reliability and strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
