As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting operations. You will leverage modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and cutting-edge AI tools to source top talent , and manage the complete, compliant onboarding process from interview to day one.
Pay:
Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for both high-volume enterprise accounts and specialized, technical, or skilled positions.
Sourcing & Talent Mining: Utilize ATS, AI tools, and professional networks to identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates.
Onboarding & Compliance: Handle the end-to-end onboarding workflow, including managing I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screening processes.
Daily Operations: Maintain accurate records and track candidate pipelines using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Local Market Knowledge: Existing familiarity with the Ogden/Northern Utah labor market and regional talent pools.
Volume Scaling Experience: Experience successfully scaling recruitment efforts during sudden client peak seasons or rapid hiring surges.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record recruiting for high-volume accounts and specialized roles. Staffing agency or specialized technical agency background is a major plus.
Language: Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Technical Skills: * High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI sourcing tools. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with standard onboarding protocols, background checks, drug screening, and I-9 compliance.
Soft Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a high attention to detail.
Physical & Environmental Reality:
Standard, professional office setting.
Primarily sedentary desk work (0 lbs lifting requirement, standard sitting/standing).
No specialized PPE or certifications required.
Successful completion of a standard background check and credit check is required prior to placement.
