Responsibilities:
* Specialized Recruiting: Execute full-cycle recruitment for complex roles, including CNC Machining and Fabrication.
* Market Consultation (MPC'ing): Proactively "skill market" Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs) to new and existing target companies on a daily basis.
* Technical Vetting: Conduct in-depth technical interviews and vet candidate certifications, including Blueprints, Welding, CNC Configuration, AWS, OSHA, and Journeyman status
* Strategic Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines through trade schools, referrals, networking, and advanced tools like ZoomInfo
* Account Management: Manage multi-client accounts and provide workforce consultation based on client intake and needs analysis.
* Branch Operations: Support high-volume branch activities, including walk-in support and the full onboarding process (I-9, E-Verify, and drug screening).

* Experience: 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting.
* Industry Knowledge: Proven success in the staffing industry, specifically within Skilled Trades or Manufacturing sectors.
* Sales Mindset: A commitment to a sales-driven model involving daily proactive candidate marketing.
* Operational Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail-style office environment with frequent interruptions and multi-tasking demands.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in ATS management and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
* Location: Must be able to work 100% on-site at the Layton, UT location.
* National Background Check, Standard Drug Screen required
