As a Service Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for our dealers and customers. You will:- Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex equipment issues across mechanical, electrical, and digital systems via phone, email, and our online platforms, ensuring responsive and accurate support.- Support Advanced Technology: Be actively involved in the launch, support, and maintenance of our cutting-edge autonomous mowing systems.- Dealer Empowerment: Assist dealers directly with diagnostics, installations, and service best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.- Develop Resources: Create clear, easy-to-follow technical guides and training resources to educate dealers and customers.- Field Engagement: Occasionally participate in field events and product rollouts, giving you the chance to see our latest innovations firsthand and connect with our community.
1-4 years
- Familiarity with robotics, sensors, or autonomous systems is highly preferred.- Bilingual is highly preferred but not required.- Prior technical writing or training experience.- Associates degree and 1-3 years of product support or technical service experience preferred.
- Must have experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.- Must be comfortable going onto the production floor to learn the company product prior to jumping into the customer service aspect of the position. - Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with robotics, sensors, or autonomous systems (preferred).- Must have a High school diploma or GED required- The ability to translate complex technical information into simple, actionable steps.
