Job Description:

Spherion Connellsville is looking for a skilled person with electrical and technical experience to help us take care of boiler systems (large machines that heat water or create steam). The right person for this job knows how machines work but is also excited to learn about new technology.

Responsibilities:

• Set Up and Fix: You will install new boilers and keep them running smoothly by cleaning and oiling the parts.
• Solve Problems: When a machine breaks, you will figure out what is wrong and fix it.
• Safety Checks: You will inspect the machines to make sure they are safe. This includes testing the water and checking gauges to prevent rust or damage.
• Keep Notes: You will write down what you fixed and when you inspected the equipment.

Education: Associate Degree

Experience: 36 months

Skills:

• Technical Skills: You should understand how electrical controls and machine parts work.
• Independence: You can work well on your own, take the lead when needed, and solve problems without being asked.
• A Student Mindset: You are "teachable"—this means you are willing to learn new ways of doing things.
