As a Service Technician for Tredway Pools Plus in Warsaw, you serve as the "face of the company" while performing technical maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial clients within a 35-mile radius.

Equipment Repair & Installation: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace essential pool and spa components, including pumps, heaters, filters, chlorinators, and robotic cleaners.

-Seasonal Care: Execute routine maintenance, including professional pool/spa "openings" in the spring and winterizations in the fall.
-Water Chemistry Management: Test pH levels and resolve complex filtration or chemical balance issues to ensure water safety.
-Client Interaction: Meet with customers daily to provide technical updates, offer repair solutions, and maintain a professional demeanor.
-Field Logistics: Safely operate a company vehicle between job sites and maintain accurate documentation of parts used and services rendered.
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools and spas.
-Diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to pumps, filters, heaters, and filtration systems.
-Test water chemistry and apply appropriate chemical treatments to ensure safe and balanced water conditions.
-Handle the installation and assembly of pool equipment and accessories.
-Manage a daily route schedule efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at client locations.
-Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with clients regarding their equipment status.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Experience: Prior experience in plumbing, electrical work, or general HVAC/mechanical maintenance.
-Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with pool chemistry or aquatic equipment repair.
-Equipment Operation: Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools.
