Candidates should be able to lift up to 50Lbs on a regular basis and be able to work well with a team to accomplish goals. Steel toed boots with meta tarsal plates are required.

Responsibilities:

• Separate incoming raw materials from larger bundles, count items accurately, and organize stock by size and job specifications.
• Position stock onto processing lines and assist with moving, sorting, stacking, and securing materials for shipping.
• Maintain an organized work area, keep walkways clear of debris, and ensure a safe, efficient shop environment.
• Follow operator directions, adhere to all safety procedures, and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).

Skills:

• Dependable attendance, attentiveness to directions, and accurate counting abilities.
• Comfort standing, walking, bending, reaching, and gripping during the shift in an active industrial facility with varying seasonal temperatures.
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments, depending on the season.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to use lifting assistance equipment and operate specialized machinery following proper authorization and training.
• Openness to working overtime and weekends as production demands require.
• Must have reliable transportation in order to demonstrate a reliable attendance record.
