The coordinator will handle all aspects of the shipping and receiving process, including:Shipping CoordinationTrack and communicate time from order request until shipment leaves.Manage all associated transactions in the designated ERP system from start to finish.Physically pull parts for orders using material handling equipment (forklift, standup, cherry picker).Acquire weights and dimensions, and transmit this information within a three-hour window.Schedule shipments using carrier systems (e.g., UPS/FedEx).Load shipments onto trucks using a forklift.Take and log detailed pictures of all parts and shipments.Utilize email to communicate each step of the shipping process to the requestor, including updates during the process and when the order is ready.Enter parts onto transfer purchase orders (POs) as necessary.Receiving CoordinationUnload incoming shipments using a forklift.Check in and verify shipments by comparing physical parts to receiving paperwork.Note and notify purchasing/QC of any discrepancies found.Verify default bin locations and receive POs into the ERP system.Confirm parts to their bin locations in the ERP system.Check all received material numbers in the material planning view and issue parts to all open orders or reservations.Deliver issued parts to their final destinations or notify responsible parties for collection.Label all items with the part number, using system-generated labels for inventory stored outside.Utilize material handling equipment to stock parts onto shelves, ensuring that the pallet, crate, or box is clearly signed with the part number and description.Record the physical location of the stocked part on the receiving paperwork, then scan and attach this paperwork to the PO in the ERP system.General Duties and SupportMaintain the organization and cleanliness of the receiving area and perform daily/weekly cleaning and sweeping of the entire warehouse.If current departmental work is complete, assist other departments such as receiving, production, assembly, fabrication, or pulling.Participate in scheduled cycle counts and inventory procedures.Submit supply orders for necessary materials for the receiving department.Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

An Associate's Degree is preferred, but not required.Proficiency with SAP S4.Willingness and ability to travel, including internationally, and work extended hours when necessary to complete projects on time.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, or as deemed sufficient by management. Requires 3???5 years of directly related training and/or experience.Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP software.Physical:Must be able to safely and proficiently operate a forklift, standup lift, and cherry picker.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, and hear.Possess the physical and mental ability to comply with customary workshop, office, and job site safety requirements.Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.Able to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables.
