Schedule: Friday - Sunday (3-Day Weekend Shift)
Available Shifts: Day (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
Schedule outbound shipments and liaise with freight carriers to ensure on-time delivery. Prepare bills of lading (BOL), packing slips, customs documents, and shipping labels. Receive incoming goods, inspect packages for damage, and verify counts against packing lists. Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve shipping discrepancies or delays promptly. Communicate shipping updates and tracking details to internal management. Cross-train in material handling, staging, packing, and general floor logistics.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Skills:
Experience with ERP/logistics software
Knowledge of international shipping standards and customs regulations
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; logistics coursework is a plus.
Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
Openness to cross-training in warehouse and manufacturing support roles.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
