Responsibilities:
Stage & Load Outbound Cargo: Safely maneuver, stack, and load heavy pallets, crates, and bulk shipments onto flatbeds, trucks, and trailers.
Palletizing & Securing Loads: Wrap/Palletize heavy freight to withstand transit and prevent load shifts or damage.
Document & Verify Shipments: Check bills of lading, verify piece counts, inspect shipping labels, and ensure manifest accuracy before trucks depart.
Dock Management: Keep shipping bays, staging lanes, and loading docks clear, organized, and strictly aligned with safety compliance rules.
Inspect & Report: Perform final visual inspections on outbound goods for quality control and record freight conditions prior to driver sign-off.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
Shipping & Freight Experience: 1+ years handling shipping freight
Automation & WMS Familiarity: Experience using WMS dock-management modules, automated stretch wrappers, or digital dock-scheduling software.
Peak Season Experience: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume shipping environments like holiday peak period.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years of warehouse dock, heavy shipping, or freight handling experience.
Technical Ability: Proficiency with RF scanners, shipping software, and generating freight documentation.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout a full shift.
Safety First: Uncompromised commitment to dock safety guidelines and heavy-lifting protocol.
Work Ethic: High reliability, strong communication skills, and the drive to meet tight freight-carrier departure deadlines.
