Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination: Generate UPS/FedEx labels, book airfreight, and coordinate transfers between buildings.
Document Management: Scan packing slips into digital systems and route paperwork to purchasing departments.
Inventory & Receiving: Process non-part-number purchase orders and ensure items are delivered to the correct internal teams.
Physical Operations: Build and secure skids for freight, unload incoming trucks, and maintain an organized dock flow.
Internal Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for project managers regarding shipment status.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Document Management: Experience with DocStar or similar digital filing systems.
CMMS Knowledge: Previous use of ManagerPlus or related maintenance/inventory software.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping regulations for medical devices or precision-machined components.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven background in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Tech Savvy: High comfort level using computers and navigating logistics software.
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain 100% accuracy in a highly regulated FDA/ISO environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
