Beyond technical logistics expertise, this position requires a strong customer service background to manage client relations effectively and high-level computer proficiency to navigate dispatch software and digital workflows. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a shipment, from initial quoting and scheduling to final dispatch and tracking.

Qualifications:
Freight Operations: 18+ months of experience in high-volume freight dispatching, including a deep understanding of carrier networks and logistics workflows.
Quoting & Pricing: Proven ability to accurately quote shipments, calculate rates, and understand market variables to ensure profitability.
Customer Service Excellence: A professional background in customer service with the ability to resolve logistics issues, manage expectations, and maintain positive client relationships.
Software Proficiency: Direct experience using Dispatch Management Software
Strong general computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and quick adaptation to new digital tools.
Scheduling & Logistics: Advanced skill in scheduling freight, optimizing routes, and managing driver logs to meet strict deadlines.
