We are looking for two reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team. This role covers the full lifecycle of inventory, from unloading pallets to final outbound shipping using modern tracking systems.
Responsibilities:
Receiving Operations:
Unload incoming product pallets and verify shipments against Bills of Lading (BOL).

Use tablets to confirm the receipt of all products and ensure inventory accuracy.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, including shortages or damaged goods, via phone or internal coordination.
Sort and organize products in their designated warehouse locations.
Shipping Operations:
Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF Finger scanners or the SAGE tablet system.
Ensure all items are packed securely for safety and transit.
Utilize tape rollers, scales, and measuring tools to prepare boxes for UPS shipping labels.
Stage completed orders on rollers for final palletizing and shipment.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center.
Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills for handling vendor calls regarding damaged or missing items.
Experience with pallet jacks or manual material handling equipment.

Qualifications:
Ability to comfortably use tablets, RF scanners, and SAGE inventory software.
High accuracy in verifying orders and documenting damages or shortages.
Ability to unload pallets, pack boxes, and remain active throughout a 9-hour shift.
Consistent attendance for the 10:00 AM start time is essential.
