Spherion is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Seabrook. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate flow of goods in and out of the facility, ensuring that all shipments meet quality standards and that inventory records are meticulously maintained.

Incoming Logistics: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Outgoing Logistics: Prepare items for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup.
Documentation: Generate Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and shipping labels using software or internal ERP systems.
Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) and pallet jacks to move materials.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse distribution role.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP software is preferred.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Safety Mindset: Proven track record of following OSHA safety guidelines and proper PPE usage.
