Spherion Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk for a machine shop in Wichita Falls, TX! The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring materials are properly stored and distributed. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, pay ranges from $18 - $25 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
Prepares and packages outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Loads and unloads materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Maintains accurate inventory records and performs routine cycle counts.
Organizes and stores materials in designated warehouse locations.
Coordinates with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Ensures all shipping and receiving processes comply with company procedures and safety regulations.
Communicates with internal teams regarding shipment status, delays, or discrepancies.
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Assists with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and inventory systems is preferred.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
