Responsibilities:
Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move materials across the warehouse and manufacturing floor.
Verify packing slips against physical shipments to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure raw materials are delivered on time to the production line.
Assist with sorting, packaging, and organizing materials as needed to support warehouse operations.
Monitor and report any logistics or equipment issues to management promptly.
Participate in continuous training to maintain certifications and improve operational efficiency.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience in continuous training and professional certification maintenance.
Ability to work in a high-performance team culture.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Shipping Receiving Specialist in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Forklift certification (current or prior).
Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer software.
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
