Responsibilities:
Sort, stage, and load inventory safely and accurately for delivery.
Load products efficiently into Sprinter vans and distribution vehicles.
Assist with loading and unloading large items (e.g., appliances, furniture).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operational guidelines.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Shipping & Receiving Operations: Knowledge of inbound/outbound staging, manifest verification, and bill of lading (BOL) processing.
Heavy/Bulky Item Handling: Prior experience staging or team-lifting large freight, furniture, or home appliances.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently (team lift required for items over 50 lbs.).
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout an entire shift.
Steel-toe boots are required.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility/ability to work weekends (depending on assigned shift).
