This is an active, fast-paced position that requires exceptional order accuracy, efficiency, and continuous physical activity. Success requires the ability to stand and walk throughout the workday, perform repetitive hand/arm movements, and handle items with care, as well as regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Pull items accurately from warehouse locations based on customer order sheets.
Verify order contents, scan items using inventory/shipping software, and print shipping labels and packing slips.
Carefully package items using proper boxes, mailers, and protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Prepare finalized packages for carrier pickup and assist in tracking daily outbound shipments.
Put away incoming stock into designated locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist with routine inventory counts, stock audits, and resolving location discrepancies.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked packing stations and warehouse areas.
Consistently meet daily productivity targets while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in shipping, order fulfillment, receiving, or general warehouse operations.
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, barcode scanners, or carrier software (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong physical capability: ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements.
Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a commitment to order accuracy.
Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital scanners, shipping systems, and software.
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated with a strong daily attendance record.
Ability to safely and carefully handle fragile, high-value merchandise.
