Responsibilities:
In this role, you will keep our daily shop operations moving efficiently by splitting your time between material handling, assembly support, and workspace organization.
Forklift & Material Handling: Safely operate a sit-down front loader forklift to transport, load, unload, and stage manufacturing materials around the facility.
Boat Assembly Support: Get hands-on with our product! You???ll use light, generic hand tools (like wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers) to assist the shop team in assembling marine vessels.
Shop Housekeeping: Help maintain a safe work environment by sweeping up, managing trash disposal, and keeping walkways clear.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Must be available to start ASAP and commit to the full duration of the assignment through September 2026.
Prior experience with basic hand tools is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience safely operating a sit-down front loader forklift in an industrial or warehouse environment.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Attitude: A reliable, safety-conscious worker who shows up on time, follows instructions well, and takes pride in an organized shop.
