Our client is fully committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, hands-on training for the first 2-3 months to ensure you are completely integrated into their culture and processes.

Responsibilities:
As the Site Manager, you will wear multiple hats?part operational strategist, part people champion, and part client ambassador.

Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and motivate a tight-knit team of 20?25 warehouse associates. Foster a culture of accountability, high morale, and continuous improvement.

Client & Customer Relations: Serve as the face of the operation. Maintain a professional, seamless relationship with the client and handle customer interactions with a high level of professionalism.

Safety & Compliance: Own the safety culture on-site. Implement safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and lead incident-free shifts.

Training & Development: Oversee onboarding, continuous training, and performance evaluations for your team, ensuring everyone is equipped to meet KPIs.

System Management: Utilize specialized software daily to track inventory, shipments, and team productivity.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Experience: Proven background in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing teams (experience leading 15+ people is highly preferred).

Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient with computers and have hands-on experience navigating WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems), or ERP systems.

Education: A college degree is a major plus, but equivalent real-world leadership and logistics experience is absolutely welcome.

Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, an ambitious mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to new training.
