Job Description:
Skilled Production employees operate machinery and equipment to assist with the manufacturing, assembly, and preparation of interior doors and other related building products.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare machinery for production operations
- Provide guidance, training, and support to General Production employees
- Identify and report defective materials or unsafe/questionable conditions to appropriate plant personnel
- Accurately label finished products according to corresponding paperwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
- Must have one to three years of experience as a machine operator
Physical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Skills:
- Mid - Level math skills
- Must be able to read a tape measure
