This is a fully remote role as a specialized "hunter" designed for a recruitment professional who thrives in top-of-funnel strategy rather than full cycle recruitment. Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing (60%): Actively identify and engage passive, high-level sales talent through advanced search techniques and platforms.
Pipeline Building (20%): Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to build a robust talent community for future organizational needs.
Candidate Screening (20%): Conduct brief initial qualifying interviews to assess candidate fit before passing top-tier prospects to Talent Acquisition team.
Sales Focus: Specialize in the identification of Strategic Sales Representatives in a highly competitive market.
Collaboration: Partner closely with the TA Manager and team members to refine sourcing strategies and understand evolving hiring needs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Medical device industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
Two years of proven experience in "top-of-funnel" recruitment with a passion for finding passive candidates who are not actively seeking new roles
Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales representatives/ sales candidates
Expertise in utilizing Linkedin, Indeed, boolean strings,and other advanced sourcing tools to map out talent within specific industries
Exceptional ability to articulate a compelling value proposition to high-level sales professionals.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and stay organized in a 100% remote environment.
