Schedule: Friday - Sunday (3-Day Weekend Shift)
Available Shifts: Day (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) OR Night (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding operations on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel according to blueprints.
Set up and adjust welding equipment settings (heat, speed, shielding gas) for optimal joint fusion.
Utilize deburring tools, spot welders, fixtures, measuring instruments, and basic shop tools.
Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and strict quality specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe work station and adhere to all safety protocols.
Cross-train on press brake operations and other auxiliary shop duties as assigned.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Formal welding certifications or technical school degrees.
Prior experience with press brake operation, spot welding, or fixture assembly.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Proven experience as a MIG & TIG Welder.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and welding symbols.
Openness to cross-train on other metal fabrication machines (press brakes, punch presses).
Strong commitment to shop safety rules and protective gear.
Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
