Job Description:

This position is responsible to ensure high quality standards in the spray booth area. This position is responsible for

maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. This position is also responsible for booth maintenance and

Responsibilities:

• Have a complete understanding of powder application
• Spraying techniques and effective methods
• Appearance of millage of powder
• Understanding of powder properties and characteristics
• Able to spray on hopper side and automatic side
• Able to take control of booth if Team Lead is out
• Develop an efficient and effective color change procedure in conjunction with team leader and execute the plan.
• Ensure that the powder inventory is accurate
• Communicate regularly with Spray Team Leader and supervisor about following:
• Discuss any quality issues & give solutions to problems that may arise
• Discuss line density with regards to spraying
• Adjusting line speed
• Expected to keep the booth and surrounding areas neat clean and consistent
• Expected to do all jobs assigned and unassigned in a professional, quick, and effective manner

Education: High School

• High School or GED

Experience: 24 months

Physical:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand for extended periods of time,Routinely lift (50 pounds); repetitive motions; speaking, listening, and seeing; walking; use eyes, hands, finger, or feet; and reaching with hands and arms, and so forth).
