Responsibilities:
As our lead technical expert in Siemens-based automation, your daily impact will include:
System Architecture: Develop, program, and troubleshoot complex industrial automation systems using Siemens PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal, Step 7).
Data Integration: Design and implement SQL databases to collect and analyze process data, bridging the gap between the factory floor and the office.
Optimization: Continuously improve existing PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to maximize efficiency and reliability.
Smart Manufacturing: Implement IIoT solutions and work with advanced communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Profinet) for seamless data exchange.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to integrate control systems with MES (Plex) and other enterprise-level platforms.
Analytics & Root Cause: Utilize data analytics and system diagnostics to identify performance trends and resolve complex process control issues.
Documentation: Maintain rigorous technical documentation, including ladder logic diagrams and system schematics.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of Python or SQL scripting for high-level data insights.
Modern Systems: Experience with Plex or other MES systems and cloud-based IIoT technologies.
Certifications: Official Siemens PLC programming or Industrial Automation certifications.
Soft Skills: Strong project management, time management, and the ability to pivot between independent work and team collaboration.

Education: Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.
Siemens Mastery: Advanced proficiency in TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC, and HMI development.
Data Foundations: Strong experience with SQL databases for data collection and analysis.
Networking: Deep understanding of industrial networks (Profinet, Modbus) and communication standards.
