The Stockroom Associate is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. You will ensure that production lines have the exact components they need, when they need them, while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy in our digital systems.

Production Kitting: Accurately pull parts from the stockroom based on Bills of Materials (BOMs) and deliver "kits" to the assembly floor to prevent production downtime.
Inventory Accuracy: Perform daily cycle counts and physical audits to reconcile on-hand stock with the ERP system.
Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, verify parts against purchase orders, and perform initial quality checks for damage or incorrect quantities.
Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks (and forklifts, if certified) to move heavy materials safely.
System Data Entry: Use handheld scanners and computers to log parts in/out, ensuring the "digital twin" of our inventory is always up to date.
5S Maintenance: Keep the stockroom organized according to 5S or Lean manufacturing standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Lean/5S Principles: Experience working in a 5S environment (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a lean and efficient workspace.
Quality Inspection: Ability to use basic tools like calipers, micrometers, or weight-counting scales to verify incoming raw materials against specifications.
Safety Compliance: Strong working knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards and proper PPE usage.
