As an exterior construction company, our summer months are our busiest and most exciting time of year (May-September). You will play a key role in keeping our office organized and our customers happy while the sun is shining! This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain professional office experience in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with hours from Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, but some flexibility is available. Pay is $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and providing a welcoming voice for our clients.
- Using online tools and the phone to request vendor quotes and keep our projects moving.
- Coordinating with customers to set up their work schedules and keep our crews on track.
- Sending out invoices, processing customer payments, and preparing banking deposits.
Skills:
- Previous clerical or office experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
- You enjoy talking to people and can provide clear information over the phone.
- You can manage multiple tasks, from invoices to schedules, with accuracy.
- Comfortable using online tools and basic office software.
- We count on you to be the face of the office throughout the summer season.
