Responsibilities:
Supplier Audits & Onboarding: Qualify, audit, and evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance with quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
Defect Resolution: Lead root cause investigations for non-conforming materials and implement corrective action plans.
APQP & PPAP Management: Execute Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Processes for incoming materials.
Data & Process Analysis: Analyze quality metrics using statistical tools (Minitab) to identify trends, eliminate defects, and optimize supplier performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with process engineering and vendors to apply Lean and Six Sigma principles across supply chain operations.
Compliance Documentation: Maintain complete, audit-ready quality records, risk assessments, and evaluation reports.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Mandarin language fluency (Highly Preferred).
Educational or hands-on background in mechanical, process, or industrial engineering.
Familiarity with broader industry standards such as AS9100 or ISO 13485.
Proven experience leading cross-functional quality improvement projects.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Supplier Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems, specifically IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, vendor management, and root cause analysis techniques.
Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (such as Minitab).
Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and GD&T.
Ability to work flexible hours around 12-hour shifts and handle overtime as needed.
