The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of part numbers and material specifications within the company's EPR system and QMS system. This role ensures all materials--ranging from raw ingredients and consumables to packaging components and finished good are properly defined, standardized, and compliant with pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements. The position supports cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and AD/PD to streamline material traceability, sourcing, and inventory control.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain part numbers in the ERP system (e.g., Infor CloudSuite) for new materials, consumables, components, and finished goods.
Develop and update material specifications in collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing and AD/PD teams, ensuring alignment with GMP, ISO, and FDA standards.
Ensure data integrity of master material records--including descriptions, units of measure, manufacturer details, supplier part numbers, lead times, and approval status.
Coordinate change control for updates to part numbers, specifications, and approved vendor lists.
Support procurement and inventory teams by verifying that material data supports correct sourcing, storage, and usage.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure material specifications, certificates of compliance, and test results meet regulatory standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior work experience in a regulated industry like biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing, familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO standards.
Direct experience with PLM software (e.g., Agile, Teamcenter) for managing engineering change orders (ECOs), part revisions, and new product introductions (NPI).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) and/or basic SQL for data querying and reporting.
Understanding of how part numbers impact inventory levels, procurement processes, and material flow within the supply chain.
Experience in preparing part number documentation for internal or external regulatory audits.

Proven ability to create, maintain, and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all part numbers and associated attributes.
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems specifically with modules related to Part Master Data, Inventory, or Materials Management.
Expertise in developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and naming conventions for new parts, assemblies, and materials.
Meticulous approach to reviewing Bill of Materials (BOMs) and part specifications to ensure correct classification and numbering.
Foundational understanding of the components and materials used in a biotech/manufacturing environment (e.g., raw materials, sub-assemblies, finished goods).
