2+ years of supply chain experience within the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, gene therapy, or Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) sectors.Strong familiarity with FDA/cGMP regulations, cleanroom protocol material handling, and single-use technologies.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. APICS/ASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are a plus. Direct background managing cold-chain materials, hazardous goods, or cryo-shipping logistics.Excellent cross-departmental communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the agility to thrive in a growing, high-throughput environment.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) and inventory management software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with strong tabular data and spreadsheet skills.Ability to regularly lift up to 35-50 lbs, work in cold storage environments (e.g., walk-in freezers/refrigerators), and spend significant time on the production floor or warehouse area.
