Read, interpret, and follow documentation, procedures and work instructions to produce a quality product.Identify and verify materials (manufacturer part number, size, package and value) to documentation and follow up on any discrepancies.Load components onto feeders; set up screen printer and pick-and-place machines.Use computer to set-up programs for the machines using Microsoft Excel and Machine programming software.Operate and monitor SMT machines, replenish feeders as required and handle feeder or machine issues. Hand place any parts that cannot be placed by the machines.Inspect product through all aspects of production, including paste, component placement, and solder reflowRun product through reflow oven and troubleshoot any solder issues that arise; Run profiler as needed.Handle Moisture Sensitive Devices according to documented requirements.Resolve material shortages as required.Perform general maintenance on machines and feedersAdvise appropriately of any issues or discrepancies that could affect quality or productionWork diligently and with a sense of urgency without compromising qualityAssemble product in accordance to work instructions and to IPC 610 Class 2, Class 3.Perform in accordance to IPC-A-610 workmanship STD and/or IPC J-STD-001 (Certification a plus)Crosstrain in order to be able to assist other workers/sections in their tasks.May be tasked to assist or lead in the operation surface mount equipmentOther duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalentIntermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
3 to 5 years in circuit board manufacturing, along with mechanical inspectionExperience in working an ISO9001 or AS9100 certified electronics-manufacturing environmentExcellent written and verbal communications skills internally and externallyAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment
