We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment. This role is critical in building a diverse talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless, equitable experience for every candidate.

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, application review, interview scheduling, and preliminary screenings

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, timely, and equitable journey for all applicants from initial contact through the offer stage
- Strategic Sourcing: Partner with the Manager to implement diverse sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Data & Compliance: Maintain recruiting databases, track metrics, and ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Collaboration: Support campus/community outreach and work closely with team members to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business and/or Human Resources is highly preferred
- SHRM or PHR/SPHR certification preferred

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Business and/or Human Resources or relevant experience is required for consideration
- Must have the following: 1-3 years of experience in the HR field with a Bachelors degree in a related field OR 4-6 years of HR experience with associates degree
- Ability to travel on site to Frederick, MD
- Must be able to work the 6 month long contract
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
