This opportunity is an in-person, collaborative environment-perfect for those who thrive on face-to-face interaction and want to leave work at work when they head home.
Responsibilities:
- Expert Filing: Prepare and file accurate returns for individuals and a variety of business entities.
- Strategic Advising: Act as a consultant to help clients maximize refunds and minimize future liabilities.
- Tech Integration: Use QuickBooks and professional tax software to manage data and analyze financial health.
- Client Relations: Provide a professional, welcoming experience for our local clients from the moment they walk in.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available- Part Time Schedule)
Skills:
- Partnership returns processing
- Experience in both personal and company taxes
Education:
- Associate Degree preferred
- Equivalen twork experience acceptable
Experience:
3+ years of experience required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of income tax preparation experience.
- Proven experience with S-Corp and C-Corp,returns
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for client bookkeeping
- Able to pass onboarding screening; background, drug test, and credit check
