Team Support & Safety: Trains and guides staff, ensures everyone wears the proper safety gear, and reports any safety hazards or workplace issues to management.

Daily Operations & Scheduling: Helps plan work shifts, manage production goals, and handle equipment maintenance to keep things running smoothly and meet customer needs.
Supplies & Inventory Management: Oversees the receiving of materials, monitors stock levels for tools and supplies, and ensures accurate inventory tracking.
Cost & Quality Control: Helps keep operating costs down, protects company equipment, and maintains high quality standards across the department.
