Job Description:
As a Team Leader you would be responsible for ensuring production employees work efficiently while meeting safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that production employees meet quality and safety standards while working efficiently
- Immediately identifying and correcting unsafe behaviors
- Informing management of near miss incidents
- Providing training and support to new employees
- Reviewing the production schedule daily
- Providing employee performance feedback to management
- Providing improvement ideas to management
- Assisting with annual inventory counts
- Ensure machines are cleaned and running properly
- Post daily production order confirmations in SAP
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 12 months
- 1+ year of experience leading in a manufacturing environment
