We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our property management team in Salt Lake City. Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general support including scheduling, data entry, and professional document preparation.
Communication: Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with a professional demeanor.
Organization: Maintain highly organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Reporting: Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and basic office tracking tasks.
Team Collaboration: Support daily office operations and assist team members with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate is highly preferred.
Specialized Software: Experience with industry-specific platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, or RealPage is a significant plus.

Proven Experience: Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is required.
Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy regarding data entry, lease files, and compliance documentation.
