You must be available the first 3 weeks of August with no schedule conflicts.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from parents and guardians regarding school bus routes, stops, and schedules.
Provide accurate, polite, and timely updates.
Help resolve basic scheduling questions with patience and empathy.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous call center experience is a plus
Bilingual skills are a major plus! Fluency in Haitian Creole or Spanish is a definite advantage but not required

Conflict free availability the first 3 weeks of August
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A warm, patient, and professional phone presence.
Ability to work an 8 hour shift starting in the morning
